- Basic SEO optimization
- Website management training
- Training on creating and publishing website posts
- Related digital development services
The exact services included in a customer’s order will depend on the service/package purchased and the requirements agreed between GoodTell Development and the customer
2. Website Development Service
The current standard website development charge is:
₹2,840
This charge is for the agreed website development work
The final scope of the development service may depend on the customer’s requirements and the project specifications agreed before development begins
Unless specifically included in the customer’s package or written agreement, the website development fee does not automatically include:
- Domain registration fees
- Web hosting fees
- Premium themes
- Premium plugins
- Third-party software subscriptions
- Paid APIs
- Advertising costs
- Application-store fees
- Third-party service fees
- Advanced SEO services
- Ongoing website management
- Ongoing content creation
- Other external charges
Where third-party services are required, the customer may be responsible for purchasing or paying for those services separately
3. Website-to-Application Conversion
Where agreed with the customer, GoodTell Development may provide services for converting or adapting a website into an application
Application-related work may involve third-party technologies, application frameworks, developer accounts, hosting services, APIs, or application distribution platforms
Third-party charges are not automatically included in the standard website development fee unless expressly stated in writing
Application-store approval is controlled by the relevant application-store provider. Therefore, GoodTell Development cannot guarantee that an application will be approved, published, featured, or maintained by any third-party application marketplace
4. Basic SEO Optimization and Training
GoodTell Development offers a separate service consisting of basic SEO optimization and website-management/posting training
Charge: ₹1,499
This is separate from the ₹2,840 website development charge
The ₹1,499 service may include, depending on the agreed scope:
- Basic SEO optimization
- Basic website SEO settings
- Basic guidance regarding search-engine visibility
- WordPress dashboard training
- Website-management training
- Creating posts
- Publishing posts
- Basic content-management guidance
- Basic SEO practices
- General guidance on maintaining the website
The exact scope of training will depend on the service purchased and the agreed requirements
5. Development Fee and Training Fee Are Separate
The customer understands and agrees that:
Website Development = ₹2,840
and
Basic SEO + Website Management & Posting Training = ₹1,499
are separate services and separate charges
Payment of ₹2,840 for website development does not automatically include the ₹1,499 training and basic SEO service
If the customer does not purchase the additional training service, GoodTell Development is not required to provide the complete training covered by the ₹1,499 service
6. No Guaranteed Earnings
GoodTell Development does not guarantee that a customer will earn money from a website or application developed by us
We do not promise or guarantee:
- Any specific amount of income
- Any minimum monthly income
- Any minimum annual income
- Any number of visitors
- Any number of page views
- Any number of customers
- Any number of sales
- Any number of leads
- Any specific profit
- Any return on investment
- Viral traffic
- Social-media growth
- Search-engine traffic
- Google rankings
- Search-engine position
- Monetization
- Advertising revenue
- Affiliate revenue
- Website revenue
- Application revenue
- Business success
The customer understands that online business results depend on many factors outside our control
7. No Guarantee of Google AdSense Approval
GoodTell Development may provide general information or training regarding website monetization and advertising platforms
However, we do not guarantee Google AdSense approval or approval by any other advertising platform
Advertising platforms independently determine whether a website or application meets their eligibility and policy requirements
Therefore:
Website development does not equal AdSense approval
SEO optimization does not equal AdSense approval
Training does not equal AdSense approval
The customer is responsible for ensuring that their website, content, traffic, and activities comply with the policies of the relevant advertising platform
8. No Guarantee of Google Search Ranking
GoodTell Development may provide basic SEO optimization and guidance
However, we do not guarantee that:
- A website will appear on the first page of Google
- A website will appear in the first position
- A specific keyword will rank
- A particular post will rank
- A website will receive organic traffic
- Google will index every page
- Search rankings will remain stable
Search-engine algorithms and ranking systems are controlled by search engines and can change at any time
9. No Guaranteed Traffic
GoodTell Development does not guarantee a particular number of:
- Visitors
- Organic visitors
- Google impressions
- Search clicks
- Page views
- Social-media visitors
- Direct visitors
Any traffic estimates, examples, demonstrations, or discussions are informational and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results
10. Customer Responsibility for Website Content
The customer is responsible for the content, files, images, videos, text, links, products, services, downloads, advertisements, and other material that the customer requests us to publish or incorporate into the website or application
The customer must ensure that the content they provide or request is lawful and does not violate:
- Copyright
- Trademark rights
- Privacy rights
- Intellectual-property rights
- Applicable laws
- Advertising policies
- Platform policies
- Third-party rights
GoodTell Development reserves the right to refuse to create, publish, or assist with content that we reasonably believe may be unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or in violation of third-party rights
11. Copyright and Intellectual Property
The customer must have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or authorization to use materials supplied to GoodTell Development
This includes:
- Images
- Videos
- Music
- Logos
- Text
- Software
- Fonts
- Documents
- Downloadable files
- Brand assets
- Other copyrighted material
The customer is responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions where required
GoodTell Development is not responsible for copyright infringement arising from materials supplied or specifically requested by the customer
12. Prohibited or High-Risk Website Activities
GoodTell Development does not intend to provide services for unlawful activities.
Customers must not use websites or applications developed by us for activities including, where unlawful or unauthorized:
- Copyright infringement
- Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted movies
- Piracy
- Fraud
- Phishing
- Malware distribution
- Hacking
- Identity theft
- Scam operations
- Illegal gambling
- Sale of prohibited goods
- Unauthorized access to systems
- Distribution of stolen information
- Other unlawful activities
We may refuse or discontinue services where we reasonably believe that a project involves illegal or prohibited activity
13. Monetization and Advertising
Customers may choose to monetize their websites or applications using advertising, affiliate marketing, sponsorships, or other legitimate methods
However, GoodTell Development does not guarantee:
- Advertising approval
- Advertising revenue
- A particular RPM/CPM
- A particular CPC
- A particular number of clicks
- A particular number of impressions
- Affiliate approval
- Affiliate commissions
- Sponsorship income
Customers are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of every advertising, affiliate, payment, or monetization platform they use
14. Training and Educational Information
Any training provided by GoodTell Development is intended to teach customers how to manage and operate their website and use basic digital/SEO practices
Training does not constitute a promise of financial success.
The customer understands that learning how to:
- Publish posts
- Manage WordPress
- Perform basic SEO
- Use website tools
- Apply monetization methods
does not guarantee that the customer will make money
The customer is responsible for applying the knowledge appropriately and complying with applicable laws and third-party platform policies
15. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Google Search Console
- Google AdSense
- Domain registrars
- Web-hosting providers
- Payment gateways
- Application stores
- Analytics providers
- Advertising networks
- Affiliate networks
- WordPress-related services
- Cloud services
Third-party platforms operate independently of GoodTell Development
We cannot guarantee the availability, functionality, policies, approval decisions, pricing, or continued operation of third-party services
Third-party services may have their own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies
16. Domain and Hosting
Unless specifically stated in the customer’s package, domain registration and web hosting are separate services/expenses
The customer may be responsible for:
- Domain renewal
- Hosting renewal
- Hosting upgrades
- SSL-related charges where applicable
- Premium plugins
- Premium themes
- Third-party services
- Storage upgrades
- Other infrastructure expenses
GoodTell Development is not responsible for the loss of a domain caused by the customer’s failure to renew it
17. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate project information
- Provide content and materials required for development
- Provide authorized access when required
- Review submitted information carefully
- Make required payments on time
- Maintain domain and hosting services where applicable
- Maintain appropriate website security
- Keep passwords secure
- Follow applicable laws
- Follow third-party platform policies

- Use the website and application responsibly
18. Website Security and Maintenance
Website development does not automatically include unlimited future maintenance or security services.
After completion, the customer may be responsible for:
- WordPress updates
- Plugin updates
- Theme updates
- Password security
- Backup management
- Hosting security
- Malware monitoring
- Content updates
- Ongoing SEO
- Website maintenance
Additional maintenance services may be purchased separately if offered by GoodTell Development
19. Project Scope and Additional Work
The development fee covers the agreed project scope
Requests that fall outside the original agreed scope may require an additional charge.
Examples may include:
- Additional pages
- Major design changes
- Additional functionality
- Advanced SEO
- Custom coding
- Additional application functionality
- Additional integrations
- API integrations
- E-commerce functionality
- Complex forms
- Custom dashboards
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope
Any additional charges should be communicated to the customer before the additional work is undertaken where reasonably practicable
20. Customer Approval
The customer is responsible for reviewing the website/application and providing feedback regarding errors, omissions, or requested changes
Once the agreed project has been reviewed and accepted, subsequent changes may be treated as additional work if they fall outside the original scope
21. Delivery Time
Development timelines may vary depending on:
- Project complexity
- Customer requirements
- Availability of required content
- Customer response time
- Third-party services
- Hosting/domain issues
- Technical problems
- Revisions
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
Any estimated delivery date is an estimate unless a specific written deadline has been expressly agreed
22. Payments
Customers must pay the applicable service charges before or according to the payment schedule agreed for the project
Current standard charges include:
Website Development: ₹2,840
Basic SEO + Website Management & Posting Training: ₹1,499
Additional services or third-party expenses may be charged separately where applicable
23. Refunds and Cancellation
Refund eligibility, where applicable, depends on the stage of the project, the work already performed, third-party expenses incurred, and the specific agreement made with the customer
Because website development involves time, technical work, customization, and potentially non-refundable third-party expenses, customers should carefully review the agreed scope before making payment
Where a specific refund policy is provided to the customer at the time of purchase, that policy will apply
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law
24. No Guarantee of Business Results
The purchase of a website or application from GoodTell Development should not be considered an investment guaranteeing financial returns
Customers should not purchase our services solely on the expectation that they will recover the development cost or generate a particular profit
Our role is to provide the agreed development and/or training service
The customer’s eventual business results depend on factors beyond our control
25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoodTell Development will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from:
- Loss of expected income
- Loss of advertising revenue
- Loss of traffic
- Search-engine ranking changes
- Platform account suspension
- Advertising account suspension
- Affiliate account suspension
- Application rejection
- Domain expiration caused by the customer’s failure to renew
- Hosting failure
- Third-party service failure
- Algorithm changes
- Customer misuse of the website
- Copyright violations caused by customer-provided material
- Security incidents outside our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law
26. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoodTell Development from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the customer’s:
- Unlawful use of the website/application
- Violation of third-party rights
- Copyright infringement
- Trademark infringement
- Customer-provided content
- Violation of third-party platform policies
- Fraudulent activity
- Breach of these Terms
27. Suspension or Termination
GoodTell Development may suspend or terminate services where reasonably necessary if:
- The customer fails to make required payments
- The customer requests unlawful services
- The customer violates these Terms.
- The project involves fraudulent or abusive activity
- The customer violates third-party rights
- Continued work creates significant legal, security, or reputational risk
Where appropriate, we may provide notice before suspension or termination
28. No Transfer of Third-Party Account Ownership
Where third-party accounts are used, ownership and control may remain subject to the terms of the relevant third-party provider

- Payment accounts
Customers are responsible for complying with the relevant provider’s rules and maintaining their account credentials securely
29. Privacy

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and applicable law
30. Changes to Services and Pricing

The price applicable to a customer’s confirmed order will be based on the price agreed at the time of purchase, subject to any agreed changes or additional work

36. Customer Acknowledgement
By purchasing or using our services, the customer acknowledges that:
✓ Website development costs ₹2,840.
✓ Basic SEO optimization and website-management/posting training costs ₹1,499 separately
✓ The ₹1,499 training/SEO service is not automatically included in the ₹2,840 development charge
✓ GoodTell Development does not guarantee that the customer will earn money
✓ GoodTell Development does not guarantee Google AdSense approval
✓ GoodTell Development does not guarantee Google search rankings or traffic
✓ GoodTell Development does not guarantee advertising, affiliate, application-store, or other third-party approvals
✓ The customer is responsible for the legality and policy compliance of content and activities conducted through their website/application
✓ Third-party services and their fees may be separate
✓ Online income and business results depend on numerous factors outside GoodTell Development’s control
By proceeding with an order, the customer confirms that they understand and accept these conditions
